The Be Kind in Retail campaign is a national initiative led by the Shopping Centre Council of Australia (SCCA) to address the alarming rise in abuse, aggression, and violence toward retail workers. It promotes a culture of kindness, respect, and safety in retail environments during the high-pressure Christmas trading season.
